Shipping and Delivery
As soon as your order is confirmed, it is prepared and shipped quickly. Delivery generally takes place within 7 business days, but for products coming from abroad the time may be extended up to 14 business days.

Delays and Guarantees
In the event of any delays, we are committed to compensating you with a special gift, such as a free bag from our site. Our goal is to always ensure your maximum satisfaction.

Couriers Used
For shipments we work with the most popular couriers in Italy: SDA, Bartolini (BRT), GLS, Poste Italiane and DHL. All shipments are always free, with no additional cost.

Order Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time and receive updates on the delivery status.
